Finham Property Guide

Starting a family is one of life's major milestones and the pitter patter of tiny feet often goes hand-in-hand with another momentous event - moving home. Finham is one of Coventry's most popular towns among families, due to the popular schools and housing stock. Here's Allsopp & Allsopp estate agents’ property guide to Finham.

Living in Finham

Finham is Coventry's southernmost suburb, located in the CV3 postcode and lying approximately 3 miles from Coventry city centre. The suburbs of Green Lane and King's Hill both border Finham and are often thought of as extensions of the town. Very much a family orientated, Finham offers a modest amount of facilities, with popular pubs such at The Festival and the Burnt Post, a library, a Harvester restaurant, word cuisine eateries and local convenience stores.

Finham Property Profile

Finham demonstrates just how fantastic inter and post-war house building can be. There are some great examples of 1930s houses and bungalows on Droylsden Park Road, Gretna Road, Stoneham Drive and Cotswold Drive. Our Finham estate agents agree that families will find a wide selection of dwellings of three bedrooms or more across the CV3 postcode: "Some of the most spacious houses for sale in Finham have been built in the last 100 years, and this means well proportioned rooms and internal layouts that suit family life. We're also finding architectural examples from the 1960s and 1970s proving popular as they tend to be very light and airy."
